  • Registration for the first (ordinary) call: Registration for students at UNED partner institutions (like ours) is from February 18 to April 28, 2026. For independent students, the registration period is from March 16 to April 28. 
  • Ordinary call in Spain: Exams from May 25 to 29, 2026.
  • Ordinary call outside Spain: Exams from June 8 to 13, 2026 in America and from May 18 to 23, 2026 in Morocco.
  • Extraordinary call: Exams from September 2 to 8, 2026.

Registration for UNEDasiss 2026

As we already mentioned, the registration process is done through the official website of UNEDasiss and the dates are as follows:

  • Ordinary call: from February 18 to April 28, 2026.
  • Extraordinary call: from July 1 to 22, 2026.

Before you register, it is important that you have started the process of homologation of your secondary or baccalaureate degree before the Spanish Ministry of Education, since this procedure is essential to gain access to university.

3. Specific Competence Tests PCE UNEDasiss

How do PCEs work?

Students can take the exam up to six subjects, although the recommended number varies depending on your country of origin and the university you wish to attend. The UNED assigns a Baccalaureate modality (Science, Social Sciences and Humanities or Arts) depending on the subjects chosen. The final grade is calculated by adding the foreign Baccalaureate grade, the note of the PCE UNEDasiss and, in some cases, specific weightings depending on the university.

4. Baccalaureate Modality

La Baccalaureate modality It is a key aspect in accreditation UNEDasiss, as it determines how your application for admission to Spanish universities will be evaluated. This modality is assigned based on the PCE subjects that you choose for the exam.

There are three modalities Main:

  • Science and Technology: ideal for careers such as Medicine, Engineering or Biology.

To obtain the Baccalaureate modality, you must choose the subjects appropriately and comply one of these two requirements:

5. Language requirement

If you come from a non-Spanish-speaking country, you should prove your mastery of Spanish to gain access to universities in Spain. This requirement is met through official language certificates, which demonstrate your level of language proficiency.

The most recognized exams are:

  • DELE (Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language) – Issued by the Cervantes Institute.
  • SIELE (International Spanish Language Evaluation Service) – Digital certificate with international validity. Recommended by Academia Bravosol.

Public universities in Madrid require, in most cases, a level minimum B2 of Spanish.
