The 4 most common mistakes (and how to avoid them)
Avoid these mistakes and improve your grade in Economics at the PCE:
- Read the statements only once. Many exercises hide key information in secondary sentences. Read twice, underline, breathe.
- Not mastering the formulas. Knowing how to do the exercises is not enough: you have to know how to explain themWrite down the formulas before you start to organize your mind and avoid mistakes.
- Do not justify the results. An unexplained correct figure may be worth less than a well-reasoned wrong figure.
- Not balancing the balance sheet. If assets don't equal liabilities plus net income, something is wrong. Review your net worth.
